2. Once logged in, search Frisco ISD

3. You may purchase a FISD All Sports Flex Pass or purchase single game tickets the week of the event. Tickets go on sale on Monday at 10am. 

4. Have your app ready when entering the sporting event you are supporting!

Here's a list of items that need to be completed before athletes can participate (before school begins August 2023):

1. Physical/Medical History: Both sides of this form must be dated after May 1, 2023.  

   • The physical side must be signed by a doctor.  The medical history side must be signed by the student and parent.  

   • Make sure the form you are using has ‘2020’ printed on the top right-hand corner.  

   • EMAIL medical history/physical forms to your coordinator, make a copy for yourself, and bring the original to your coordinator (Physicals can be brought to: Griffin MS front office during summer hours, SC camp at Griffin, or Griffin in August).

1. Rank One Online Forms: You do not need to print anything, it will all be electronically submitted.

1. Griffin Athletic Contract Acknowledgement Form:  Complete the acknowledgment form after reviewing this Griffin Athletic Contract.  You do not need to print anything for this.
